  Super strong and thick, metal letters are made in any fancy font as the customer wants. We can do for building facades and walls. The thread bolt is welded to the backside of the sign so you can bolt into the wall. The bolt on the back of each letter makes it easy to install on a wall and it helps to prevent vandalism

  

  Here the pictures show how you need to include the skeleton of the sign when you wish to have the letters polished. Affixing the thread bolt happens last stage. Ideal for trade and DIY signage, corporate branding houses and manufacturing facilities. Signs like this one will last decades on a building.

  

  Another technique is to use a clear Perspex glue system to attach the letters to. The picture here shows a translucent etching Perspex. This will look great as an office wall sign. The lettes after being cut out to the custome font shape are adhered to the perspex using special glue.

  

  Here, one of the girls finished the edges (deburring) of the edges. The color that you can see is applied over the top. This will look fantastic upon the wall of the building. Signs can be made in fancy fonts or shapes. This is a good design tip, the color leaves a border around the metal so that as a sign, it reflects the light.

  

  This one is going to be a really large ship name. The letter will be spot welded around the edges directly onto the hull.
  Then painted using a boat name paint. We supply the letters.

Super long bolt threading can be spot welded to the back of a sign letter. The letter will be stuck on the wall and from the inside of brick or stone or slate, a locking nut will be wound tightly. Alternatively, you can also use an epoxy inside the hole you drilled.

Modern slate slatted wall with a stick on signage design. The placement of where to drill the holes is very easy. Hold up your stick on signs and mark in a circular fashion where each tip of the bolt touches the wall. We suggest that you achieve a minimum of 45mm internal hole length.
